The Isle of Man Meat Company is a Farmer’s co-operative dedicated to the production of fine quality beef, pork and lamb.

Situated in the middle of the Irish sea, the Isle of Man is a small but beautiful Island, characterised by rolling hills and fields, which are well suited to livestock production. As a small Island no farm is more than a few miles from the processing plant, which means a short journey time for the animals, which in turn implies none of the stress that can undermine the eating quality of meat.

All meat is produced locally on the Island and processed to the highest hygiene standards, consistent with the latest EU guidelines. The Isle of Man Government meat inspectors and vets oversee processing at the plant, which guarantees that all standards are independently monitored. All carcases produced can be traced back to an individual farm.

The result is meat with the finest taste, texture and tenderness, hence our slogan ‘From the farm to the fork guaranteed quality and minimum food miles’.
